Rowan has worked as a shed builder and in the local Foodland, and is now returning to study and attain his PhD
Growing up, he attended Strathalbyn Primary, and Strathalbyn and Mount Barker High and left in year 12 to pursue full-time employment.
Through the Flinders University’s Foundation program, he was given the opportunity to return to university to study international relations, politics and public policy.
Rowan understands his community wants stronger, proper investment in the health care and ambulance services, and a plan to ensure the State’s education system provides opportunities for every young child person to reach their potential.
